Seminars For Cleaning Professionals

The following Professional Cleaning Seminars are offered in cooperation with Cleaning Consultant Services, Inc. and local distributors, manufacturers and associations. Wm R. Griffin, President of Cleaning Consultant Services, Inc. will instruct the courses. Mr. Griffin may involve other industry professionals as guest speakers. All courses include an instructor provided training manual and where applicable IICRC certification exam fees.

William “Bill” Griffin has over 40 years’ experience in the cleaning industry as a cleaner, consultant, trainer and expert witness and is certified as a Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) by the International Executive Housekeepers Association (www.IEHA.org) and a Trainer for the Certified Surgical Suite Training Program by the American Hospital Environmental Services Association (AHE).

He is the author of the Comprehensive Custodial Training Manual, How to Sell and Price Contract Cleaning, How to Start and Operate a Successful Cleaning Business, and other books and manuals, as well as over 400 articles on cleaning, maintenance and self-employment.
